Established in 2010
Established in 2010, CURE Niger is the only hospital in the country of over 24 million that offers specialty surgical care for children living with treatable physical disabilities. Strategically located in Niamey, CURE Niger is a children’s hospital offering 58 beds, two operating rooms, and a full range of high-demand ancillary and rehabilitation services. The hospital provides over 1,400 life-changing reconstructive and orthopedic surgeries each year. In addition to world-class clinical service, CURE Niger ministers to the emotional and spiritual needs of patients and their communities.
Solar Field installed in 2019
With funding from USAID, CURE Niger installed a solar field in February 2019, providing 120KWp of consistent and stable energy to the hospital enabling it to run more efficiently.
1,400+ surgeries each year
We celebrate God’s provision this year. CURE Niger has provided 6,678 outpatient visits, performed 1,400+ life-changing surgeries, provided 31 training events for healthcare professionals, and shared the love of Jesus with over 4,200 people!
